Obituary of Rita Baker

Peacefully, in the company of her loving husband Ron, Rita passed away in the early morning hours of January 20, 2024.  Rita is missed by her husband of 67 years, her four children, Karen, David, Anita (Harry) and Stephen (Dorothy) and their families.  She is also missed by her nieces and nephews and their families in Canada and the UK, and her many friends on the Bruce, and from near and far.

A celebration of Rita’s life will take place on the Bruce later in the year.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Bruce Trail Association would be greatly appreciated.
