Dear Mike,
Bruce and I share deeply in your loss. We very much enjoyed every interaction we had
with Viv, especially the time our families spent together in Ottawa many moons ago.
Your commitment to family and your shared love of life was always evident. You
brought out the very best in each other and then freely shared that goodness with
