HELMER At Extendicare, London on Thursday, November 25, 1999, Rita Catherine Helmer (Phillips) nee O'Gorman, in her 82nd year. Mrs. Helmer was a past employee of Kellogg's Canada. Predeceased by her husband Harold L. Helmer ( 1987 ). Dear mother of William Phillips and his wife Patricia, Ann, Patti all of London and Walter Phillips and his wife Barb of Chatham. Predeceased by her daughter Gail ( 1961 ). Dear grandmother of Susan Wastell and her husband Doug, Heather, Freedom Kai, Melissa, Patrick, and Jeffrey Phillips. Dear sister of Russ Gorman of Renfrew, Theresa Thar of London and Mary Aylward of Toronto. Predeceased by Carmel Deloughrey, Margaret Melelis, Percy Stewart, Ellen Hughes and Adeline Ryan. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo St. at King St. on Sunday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Michael's Church, 515 Cheapside Street on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Sunday evening at 7 o'clock.
