Obituary of Silvestro Del Re

Del Re Peacefully surrounded by his family at home on Tuesday, August 9, 2005 Silvestro Del Re in his 100th year. Loving husband of 78 years to Cristina, Beloved father of Concetta Circelli and her husband Giovanni, Maria D'Andrea and her husband the late Salvatore, Michele Del Re and his wife Maria, Giuseppina D'Arrisso and her husband Francesco and Antonietta Pepe and her husband Pasquale. Missed by 14 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and many friends. The family wishes to extend their thanks to Dr. Pezzutto, St. Elizabeth nursing staff and the 4th floor nursing staff of Victoria Hospital. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church, 345 Lyle Street, on Thursday morning at 10 o'clock. Entombment in Holy Family Mausoleum, St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Wednesday evening at 8:15 o'clock. Donations to St. Mary's Church Renovation Fund or the Lung Association would be appreciated.
