Obituary of Gladys Hitchen

HITCHEN, Gladys, Passed away peacefully in her home on February 4, 2012, Gladys Hitchen in her 86th year. Sweetheart to her devoted and loving husband Bernard. Dearly loved by her children Pauline Swarts and her husband Robert, Barry Hitchen and his wife Gerry, Carol Hitchen and the late David Hitchen and the late Raymond Hitchen. Dear mother-in-law of Cheryl MacKenzie and Judy Hitchen. Cherished grandma to Melanie, Darrin, Adrianne and Olivia, and fondly remembered by her many step grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sister-in-law of Peter Hitchen and family. She will be sadly missed by her dear friends Brenda, Erling and Joan. Visitors will be received at Holy Family Parish, 777 Valetta Street on Wednesday February 8, 2012 from 9 o'clock until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10 o'clock. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery.
