Obituary of Robert McMullan

McMullan, Robert 'Bob" Robert "Bob" McMullan, formerly of Belfast, Northern Ireland, in his 83rd year, peacefully after a brief illness. Loving husband of Noreen (Quinn) for 55 years, devoted father to Margaret Stevenson (Doug), Sharon Ravensberg (Rob), and Paula Baasner (Frank). Cherished Papa of Brianna, Christopher, Michael, Erin, Megan, and Katarina. Loving brother of Rita McDonald (Tommy) and John McMullan. Predeceased by his parents, Robert and Margaret, brother Tom, sister, Marie Devlin (Larry) and his sisters in law Joan Quinn and Moya Wills (Roy). Beloved brother-in-law to Joe O'Connor (late Sheila), Martin Quinn (late Marie), Patsy and Pat Mann, Jackie and Dorothy Quinn, Margaret and Joe McGlade, and Alberta McMullan. Cherished Uncle Bobby to many nieces and nephews. Bob had a great passion for golf and music. He loved to play golf and had many friends in the local golf community in London and area. Bob was a wonderful singer and entertainer who loved to perform at family weddings and parties. Special thanks to the staffs of Grandwood Park and Victory Hospital's Oncology and Palliative Care units. Visitation will be at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street on Thursday, October 16th (2-4 pm and 7-9 pm). Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John the Divine Catholic Church, 390 Baseline Road West on Friday, October 17th at 12 noon. Cremation with interment at a later date. Prayers Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
