Obituary of Mary Diana Bergeron

BERGERON, Mary Diana Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 3, 2012 after a long illness at Mount Hope nursing home; Mary Diana in her 79th year. Beloved wife of Yvon Bergeron and loving mother of Lisa Bergeron of London. Predeceased by her daughter Paula (2006). Dear sister of Susan Ansell, Phillipa Williams and her husband Jim, John Ansell and his wife Sara, all of England. Dear sister-in-law of Roch Bergeron and his wife Alice. Remembered by many nephews and nieces. Diana was a registered nurse trained in England, moving to London, ON in 1964. Employed at Victoria and St. Joseph's Hospitals retiring in 1993. Diana loved gardening and traveling. Many thanks to everyone at Mount Hope, especially the staff on SM1 and SM4. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 o'clock. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica, corner of Richmond and Dufferin on Monday morning January 9, 2012 at 10 o'clock. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to the Alzheimer Society of London and Middlesex and St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation would be appreciated.
