Pritchard, Norma Mary (Morris) At Chelsey Park Nursing Home on Monday, September 8, 2014 Norma Mary Pritchard in her 87th year. Loving wife of the late Aleck W. Pritchard. Cherished mother of Donna (Fred) Salvador and the late Jeff Pritchard. Lovin nan of David Salvador, Tina (Shaun) MacIver, Jenni (Patrizio) Gaultieri and Duffy Suchard. Great grandmother of Noah, Marissa and Jacob. Beloved sister of Rita (Jim) Tarestell of Ottawa. Predeceased by her sisters and brothers Jacqueline, Gertrude, Mary, Victor, Brian and Claude. Foster mother of the late Albert D. (Maureen) Smithers and nan of Dan, Sean and Jeff. She will be missed by numerous nieces and nephews through Canada and the USA. Norma worked at Victoria Hospital South Street as a Dietary Aide for 25 years. She enjoyed knitting, crochetting, singing, line dancing and painting. She had a passion for helping people, so volunteeered her time with Meals on Wheels after retiring. Norma will be remembered for her strength and determination. The family wishes to thank the compassionate staff at Chelsey Park Nursing Home who lovingly cared for Norma during her final days and special thank you to Jessica Clement who had a special place in Norma's heart. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Wednesday evening from 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael's Church, 511 Cheapside Street, on Thursday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to Meals on Wheels, London (www.meals-on-wheels.ca/) would be appreciated.
