Lucy, Terry and Robert,
I was heartbroken when I was told about Lino. I was thinking when I return to work I am bringing him his Ruffle chips and a case of Pepsi like promised.
I meet many people but, without a doubt, Lino will be the most memorable. He had a sweet and gentle nature, his patience and stoicism was beyond most, and his best quality was his love for his family. I cherish our many conversations and I hope wherever he is, it involves VIP seating to watch all the baseball games he desires!
I am truly lucky to have met Lino and his wonderful wife Lucy and daughter Terry. I am sending my thoughts, prayers and hugs.

Lucy, Terri, Robert & family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I worked with Lino for many years in the HR department at LHSC, sharing stories of the North, his work with the K of C, his time in the mines; and especially his family. Lino was a good man; and I am grateful to have known him.
