Obituary of Charles Wilson Bourgeois

Bourgeois Charles (Chuck) It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather Charles (Chuck) Bourgeois at London Health Sciences Center – Victoria Hospital on Wednesday, May 15th, 2019 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Dot Bourgeois for 58 years. Cherished father of Jo Maziarczyk (Conrad), the late Marie Ouimette (Apr. 2019) (Moe), Barb Tremblay (Randy), Bev Mason and Katie Pooley (Brian). Proud grandpa of Jake, Derek, Matt, P.J., Diane, Ryan, Elizabeth, Trevor, Tyler, Christopher, Katie, Maddy, Myles and his much loved great grandchildren. Dear brother in law of Mary Pavkeje (the late Joe). Predeceased by his brother Leonard Bourgeois. Uncle Chuck will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. A heartfelt thank you to all our dear friends, neighbours and caregivers for their ongoing love and support. The Bears and Habs have lost one of their greatest fans. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street on Friday evening from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Church, 377 Oakland Avenue, London on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. Cremation with Interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery at a later date. Prayers Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers we would greatly appreciate donations be made to Lace’Em up Foundation for Kids, the Men’s Mission or to St. Patrick’s Church, London.
