for 60 years of Mary Anne (nee Rossi) Kay. A loving father of Lisa Phillips (Barry),

Donald was a man of few words, but when he spoke it was with integrity and much
insight. Those who knew him enjoyed the pleasure of his quick-witted humour and his
kind nature. He positively influenced everyone he came into contact with - whether
it was with his family, friends, or someone new.
In Donald's early years he was an adventurist. From hitchhiking to California on a
dime, to his service as a cadet at Camp Borden learning to the shoot a 303 rifle. He
was an avid golfer, sports enthusiast and a man of strong faith.
Donald attended St. Michael's College, and McMaster University. He spent the
majority of his career as the HR Manager at Westinghouse and ABB in London, Ontario.
He was also on the board of referees for the government, and served as a member of
the HR committee at LHSC. Donald was a proud member of The Knights of Columbus and
was a devout parishioner of St. Michael's Catholic Church.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael's Church, 511 Cheapside Street, on
Saturday, April 6th at 10:30am with a reception to follow in the parish hall. In
lieu of flowers, donations to St. Joseph's Hospice are welcomed

valuable life lessons will be practiced within the lives of those he touched, he
will live within us forever.
