Obituary of Mary Jane Van Buskirk

Van Buskirk, Mary February 1918 - November 2018 It is with saddened hearts, we say goodbye to our 100 year old mother/grandmother, Mary, who left us on the 4th of November, 2018 in London, Ontario. Mary was born on the 5th of February 1918 in South Pugwash, Nova Scotia. She was the 7th of 8 children born to Joe and Maude (Dingle) Sarson. Mary is survived by her 4 daughters, Donna Van Buskirk (London), Mary Lacey (London), Judy Billing (London), Gail Linklater (Walkinshaw Lake), and one son, Steve (Darlene) Van Buskirk of Georgetown, 15 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren. Mary was predeceased by her husband after 69 1/2 years of marriage, James (Brud) Van Buskirk (2007), and two daughters Sheila Van Buskirk (1940) and Mildred Broughm (2017). Cremation has taken place. To honour her request there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Condolences and memories may be shared at donohuefuneralhome.ca
