Obituary of Mario Di Valentin

Di Valentin, Mario Suddenly after his morning run on Wednesday, June 20th, 2018, while working at the Parliament Buildings in Ottawa, Mario Di Valentin passed away at the age of 57. Beloved husband of Nancy for 25 years. Loving father of Franco Di Valentin. Cherished son of Luciana and the late Licio Di Valentin (2017). Dear son in law of Angela and Roviglio Pin. Loved brother of Mike Di Valentin (Darlene) and Marisa Deverell (Mark). Dear brother in law of Sheila Pin (Mark). Proud uncle of Michael, Hilary, Alexa, Maximo, Anthony and Erica. Fondly remembered by his cousins, friends and co-workers. Mario loved to play the guitar, he enjoyed music, nature, history, politics and food. He was most passionate about his family and his work, he had a very strong work ethic and was always very proud of the work he did. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 o’clock. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church, 345 Lyle Street on Saturday morning at 11:30 a.m. Interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
