Mendes, Ilda At Meadow Park Nursing Home on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 Ilda Mendes in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Augusto. Loving mother of Jose Mendes, Virginia Mendes, Adelia Mendes (David Sousa), Jorge (Maria) Mendes. Cherished grandmother of Nelson (Jody) Mendes, David (Amanda) Mendes, Lionel (Andrea) Mendes, Monica (Bruno) Henriques, Matthew Mendes, Christine Mendes and great grandmother to six. Dear sister of Piedade (Diamantino) Maria and the late Jose Maria (late Maria Pranto) , both of Portugal. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Friday, June 13th from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Justin's Church, 855 Jalna Blvd., on Saturday morning at 10 o'clock.
