Obituary of Patricia Mary Murray

Murray, Patricia Mary Peacefully with her family by her side, Patricia Mary Murray (nee McQuaid) at the age of 85 passed away on Sunday, January 14th, 2018 to be with her beloved Patrick for her eternal rest. Cherished mother of her nine children Greg and Vicki of Grand Bend, Glenn and Mary of Toronto, Gary and Anne of Rochester Hills, Michigan, Carol Ann and Terry of London, Stephen and Diane of Victoria, Paul and Lynne of Toronto, Sharon and Jeff of Espanola, Allan and Lesia of Ottawa and Denise and Taghi of London. Never to be forgotten by her amazing grandchildren Shannon (Zac), Alexis, Carlyn, Dylan, Cameron (Lorien), Justin (Jessica), Patrick, Alexander, Matthew, Liah, Chantal, Ellis, Brennan (Samantha), Alyse, Hayley, Cody (Sara), Kylee, James, Grace, Samuel and Laura. Loved by her great grandchildren, Riordan, Ashton, Jason and Ryan. Beloved sister of Mary Lou Denomme of Zurich. Missed by siblings-in-law Marg McQuaid, Betty Murray, Rita Butters, Leon Murray (Rosemary), Rose Costello, and Mary Stapleton (Bob). Predeceased by her parents Agnes and James McQuaid, her grandson Russell and her brothers Frank, Roy and Ronald McQuaid. Patricia was a lifetime member of the Catholic Women's League and a devoted member of the former Holy Rosary Parish then later of St. John the Divine Parish. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. John the Divine Church, 390 Baseline Road West, on Thursday at 11 o'clock. Private inurnment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Wednesday evening at 6:45 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
