Obituary of Donald McCabe

McCabe, Donald Peacefully at LHSC Victoria Hospital on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 Donald McCabe in his 88th year. Loving husband of the late Mary Sophie (Horodyski). Loving father of Jeff and his wife Dawna, Pat and his wife Connie. Loving grandfather of Kyle, Amber, Chad, Brett and Ben. Loving great-grandfather to Jayden and Kaylee. He will be sadly missed by Stephanie, Craig, Jack, Evelyn, Melissa and Camden. Dear uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Joseph "Harry" (1954) and Margaret (1947), and by his brothers and sisters, Marion (2004), Muriel (1999), Catherine "Leona" (1992), Joseph "Bob" (2009), Daniel (1991) and Ralph (2012). The family wishes to thank the A.C.E. and Palliative Care Unit at Victoria Hospital for their wonderful care. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Friday, February 10, from 6-8 o'clock and on Saturday morning from 11-12 o'clock, when funeral service will be held. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
