May Edwin's loving family and friends find comfort from Revelation 21:3, 4; With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

Words cannot express how incredibly sad this is. What an honour it has been to know and befriend your family and to be welcomed into your home. Ted always had an amazing sense of humour; I'll always remember the many laughs. Chris, Jeffrey, Jessica and your entire family; my thoughts and prayers are with during this very difficult time as piece together a new normal.

Dear Christine and family,
So sorry to read of Ted's passing. My mother-in-law was Ted's (Great ?) Aunt Nina Grant's late wife was her sister. I know she would have wanted to acknowledge Ted's passing if she was here. She reached her 100th birthday before she passed. When she would visit from Regina years ago she would come to see you. I loved the time she returned from her visit one Christmas when Jeffrey was small. He took her politely over to the Nativity Scene you had on display to show her "Baby Cheesy and the Puppies". It delighted us all.
I hope this gives you a smile and lets you know there are many out there thinking of you and Ted even though we may not know you well. "Peace " to you all
Heather Brandt.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your loving husband Chris. He was a very kind and had a big smile on his face every time I met him. Unfortunately my aunt passed away Friday and her funeral and visitation are the same dates and times as Ted's here in Wallaceburg. Please know that I am thinking of all of you. Dear Chris,
My heart goes out to you at this time as I have been kept up to date by my sister Lynne Pensa as to the past several months of ups and downs you have all been experiencing. I have many memories of when my own kids were at St. Paul School (Mrs. Isard in the other class of kindergarten!) and when I was teaching at Oakridge and got to know Jeff.
Although I didn't know Ted, I have one memory of when he overtook a yellow school bus on the 401 on our way to Toronto because Jeff had forgotten his lunch. What a wonderfully amazing parent and person!
Please accept my deepest condolences, Chris - my prayers are with you to find strength in your family and in the grace of God.
Hugs-
Marcia Pensa

I was so surprised this morning to see the obituary for Ted. I recall seeing the family at Church few weeks ago, just across from us. I was shocked. I have no words, I just want to let you know you are held in prayers during this very difficult time of loss. In gratitude for Ted's life, wishing you strength for the coming days. In the hope of the Resurrection. Peace

Bob told me of Ted's passing. I am so sorry for all of you. it is a very difficult time, I know. I remember when we saw you a few years ago and talked about when we were younger and good times from them. I remember too how much he loved all of you and how he was proud of you all. He said Jeff could light up his day when he had challenges at work with just his smile. He was very proud of you all. My thoughts and prayers and Waynes are with you. I'll keep the memories close to my heart.
