Obituary Condolences Service Information Candles Symbolic Gestures Photos Donations Obituary of Brett Cameron Cameron, Brett Patrick Officer Cadet Brett Patrick Cameron left this world on Saturday May 7th, 2016. He will forever be loved by his Mum and Dad, Angela and Bill Jolly, as well as his brothers Liam and Maxwell and his sister Rowan. Brett will continue to be cherished by his Nana, Joanne Paul. His grandparents, Bill and Christine Jolly, will always hold him in their hearts. Brett’s Uncle Derek and Aunt Laura and Aunt Amanda will miss him terribly. Sarah Cookson, Brett’s beloved fiancée, knows how important she was to him. Brett’s extended family of great aunts and uncles and 20 cousins and their families will each keep special memories of moments shared with him. In his short 20 years Brett made an impact on those he met whatever he did. As a graduate of St. Mary’s Choir School and CCH choir programme acting and singing were a part of him. His years spent with the 614 Air Cadet programme helped shape his dream of becoming a pilot, which he achieved in 2012. Officer Cadet Brett Cameron was accepted as a student of the Royal Military College of Canada in 2014 where he was a valued member of Frontenac Squadron and part of the precision drill team. Brett went out of his way to help others, welcome the newcomers and reach out to those who needed a friend. His many friends have attested to the impact he has made on them. All who knew Brett are richer for having had him a part of their lives. “Your wings already exist. All you have to do is fly.” Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thursday from 7-9 o’clock, and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 o’clock. Funeral Mass will take place at St. Peter’s Cathedral Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue at Richmond Street, on Saturday morning at 11 o’clock. Interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
