Kononiuk, Zofia (Sophie) Peacefully at Meadow Park Nursing Home on Wednesday, April 27th 2016 Zofia (Sophie) Kononiuk in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late John Kononiuk. Loving mother of Ursula Leunissen, John Kononiuk and his wife Maureen, Rick Kononiuk (Debbie) and Joanna Blom. Cherished Babcia of Alicia (Jeff), Brayden (Tonia), Uta (Cliff), Rayna, Shelby (Jack) and Nevada. Dear Great grandmother of Soren, Sophie and Zoey. A special and heartfelt thank you to all the staff at the Meadow Park Nursing Home for their exceptional care of our mother. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London on Sunday evening from 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 419 Hill Street, London on Monday morning 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Sunday evening at 8:15 p.m.
