Obituary of Antoinette Rita Lassaline

SISTER Antoinette Lassaline The Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph in Canada, London neighbourhood, announce the death of our dear Sr. Antoinette, in our Care Centre, January 19, 2015. Born in 1926 in Windsor and received into our religious Community in 1948 Sister is lovingly remembered by all her CSJ Sisters, her brother Lawrence (Illa), brother Charles (Imelda), as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her mother Amanda (Maud) Marentette, father Eugene Lassaline, her siblings and spouses Francis (Clara), Joseph (Barbara), Edgar (Josephine), Edna (Omer), Anthony (Rose Marie). Sister trained as an X-Ray Technician, holding positions in St. Joseph Hospital in London, Chatham, and Sarnia, as well as serving for ten years in this ministry in Killam, Alberta. From 1980 - 2007 Sister provided various heath care duties as an RNA at Mount St. Joseph. With the move to our residence on Windermere Sr. Antoinette's prayerful support for the works and members of the community was a gift to all of us. We thank the staff of our Care Centre for their attentive care and ability to help Antoinette enjoy the ordinary beauty of life. All services will be held at the Sisters Residence, 485 Windermere Rd. Visitation: Thursday, January 21, from 2-4 and 7-8 with a Prayer Service at 6:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial: Friday, January 22 at 11 a.m. with Father Richard Charette presiding Burial at St. Peter's Cemetery Arrangements: John T.
