Obituary of Glenwood Roy Lees

LEES: Glenwood Roy Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital, London on Tuesday March 18, 2014. Glenwood Roy Lees of Tobermory in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Minerva Hopkins (2004). Dear father of Wendy Cockerline and her husband Glenn of Brandon, Manitoba; Terry Carroll of Carstairs, Alberta; Alison Palleschi and her husband Peter of Brampton; Don and his wife Lori of London and Kevin and his wife Debra of Edmonton, Alberta. Cherished grandfather of ten grandchildren Michael, Christina, Paige, Thomas, Sarah, Blake, Christopher, Jennifer, Scott and Tabitha. Also fondly remembered by great grandchildren Dustin, Ava, Brandon and Grace. Glenwood is predeceased by his parents Catherine (nee Young) and Francis Lees as well as his siblings Frank, Joe, Don, Irene and his twin sister Glenna. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Saturday, March 22 at 11 o'clock where the Celebration of Glenwood's life will be held at 12 noon. Cremation has taken place. The Interment Service will be held in Dunk's Bay Cemetery, Tobermory at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Parkwood Hospital - Veterans Care or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
