Obituary of Rita Dianne Case

Peacefully after a long and courageous battle with cancer at LHSC Victoria Hospital Palliative Care on Friday, September 30, 2011 Rita Dianne Case in her 62nd year. Beloved daughter of Rita Marie and the late Douglas Case. Dear sister of Brian and Bertha Case of Erieau, Paul and Juanita of Hemet, California. Dear aunt of Brent (Dana) of Chatham and Brooke of Blenheim. Dear great aunt of Avery and Cohen Case and Mitchell and Mashal Bellamy. A graveside service will be held at St. Peter's Cemetery, 806 Victoria Street, London, on Monday, October 3, 2011 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations to LHSF Palliative Care would be appreciated.
