Obituary of Assunta Sartor

SARTOR, Assunta- Assunta passed away peacefully at her home on the morning of May 25th, 2011 at the young age of 62, following her brave battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her loving husband Giuseppe, devoted daughters Roberta, Romina and Anna and dear son-in-laws Damien, Steve and Paulo. A proud Nonna, she was cherished by her grandchildren Sonja, Alicia, Victoria, Kyla and Aidan. She had a wonderful and fulfilling life. She will be missed by all and her memories will be with everyone forever. Friends will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 o'clock. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica, Dufferin Avenue at Richmond Street, on Saturday morning, May 28, 2011 at 10 o'clock. Entombment in the Holy Family Mausoleum at St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Friday evening at 7 o'clock. For those wishing, a donation to the London Food Bank in memory of Assunta would be appreciated.
