Obituary of Kenneth Patrick Burns

BURNS, Kenneth Patrick Passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness at L.H.S.C. University Hospital on February 28, 2011 in his 82nd year. Loving husband of Shirley Anne (Connoly) for over 55 years. He will be dearly missed by his children Pat and Jacque, Deb and Dave, Larry and Carol, Murray and Connie and Wanda and Doug Chebott. Devoted grandfather of Mike and Tom, Randy and Joseph, and Emily, Ariel, Oliver, Ivey and Unger. Dear brother of Betty, Jean, and Marty and the late Marion and Joseph. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 o'clock. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 377 Oakland Avenue on Thursday morning, March 3, 2011 at 10 o'clock. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Wednesday evening at 7 o'clock. If desired, donations may be made to the Lung Association or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
