Obituary of Antonio Valastro

Valastro Peacefully with the angels Antonio Valastro died at London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital on Tuesday, January 29, 2008, in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Maria. Loving father of Rosie Brazier and her husband Steve and Anna Maria Valastro. Dear grandfather of Jenna and Christopher. Dear brother of Anna Martin and her husband Luigi of London and brother in law of Angelina Valastro of London. Predeceased by Mario, Giuseppe, Giovanni, Bartolo, Vittorio and Gaetano. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in London, Australia and Italy. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thursday evening from 7-9 o'clock and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Peter's Basilica, Dufferin Avenue and Richmond Street, on Saturday morning at 10:30 o'clock. Prayers Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Entombment in Holy Family Mausoleum, St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
