Obituary of Maria Michienzi

Michienzi Peacefully at her home on Monday, August 20, 2007 Maria (Gimigliano) Michienzi, loving wife of the late Vito Michienzi, in her 88th year. Beloved mother of Antonio and his wife Maria, Nicola and his wife Melina, Rosa and her husband Vincenzo Michienzi, Laura and her husband Willem Van Galen, Maria, all of London, Barbara and her husband Frank Curley, of Woodbridge. Predeceased by her son Francesco. Loving and proud grandmother of Jack, David, Marilena, Sabrina, Vito, Sara, Lisa Marie, Nicoletta, Francesco, Daniela, Esther, Austin and Laura. Dear sister of Rosina and her husband Giulio Anello of Italy. Predeceased by her brothers Tommaso and Domenico and her sisters Caterina, Giulia and Barbara, all of Italy. Dear sister in law of Rosa Michienzi and her husband the late Giovanni, Caterina Bartucca and her husband the late Antonio, all of London and Barbara Gimigliano, Giuseppe and Domenica Michienzi and Elisabetta Santacroce all of Italy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo St., at King St., London, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 345 Lyle Street, on Thursday morning at 10 o'clock. Entombment in Holy Family Mausoleum, St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Wednesday evening at 8:15 o'clock. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
