Beloved husband of 55 years of Grace Mary Smith (nee Kelly). Loving father of Gary Smith, Windsor, Patsy and Jim Mulveney,Tecumseh, Joan and Rick Seguin, Emeryville, John and Marie Smith, Woodslee, Mary Ann and Greg O'Hearne, Toronto, Rob and Belinda Smith, Dorchester and proud grandfather of 17 grandchildren. Dear brother of Don and Dolly Smith, Jack and Eleanor Smith, Reg and Judy Smith, Jerry and Diane Smith, Roy and Betty Ann Smith and Frank and June Smith. Dear brother - in - law of Betty and Evelyn Smith, Jerome and Teresa Kelly, Tom and Marg Kelly, Jim and Jean Kelly, Dan and Madeline Kelly and Mary Ellen and Pat Feeney. Predeceased by his parents Russell and Elizabeth Smith and by his brothers Ken and Harold Smith Committed retiree of 45 years with the CN Rail (in London, Belleville, Cochrane, Hornepayne, Capreol, Windsor, Brampton and Toronto, active member of the K of C at St.George's Parish, dedicated member of many parish choirs and avid fisherman, sports enthusiast and accomplished carpenter. Bob's zest for life will be carried on by his immediate family, in-laws, nieces, nephews and all that knew and loved him. He will be sadly missed by all. The pursuit to snag Walter " the biggest bass in Berford Lake " will ensue. Visitors will be received at the John. T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock and Friday morning at St. George's Church, 1164 Commissioners Road West, from 10:30 o'clock until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11:30 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Thursday evening at 8 o'clock. Donations to the St. George's Building Fund would be appreciated.
