Predeceased by his son Matthew. Dear brother of Patricia Berardine of Burnaby, B.C., Bud Smith of Oakville, Gary Smith of St. Catherine's, Margo Cusack of Foster City, California and Shelly Meszoly in Bermuda. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London on Wednesday evening from 7 - 9 o'clock where a private family funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2006.
