Obituary of Lynn Anne Ahlers
AHLERS (JOHNSTON)
Lynn Anne Ahlers (Johnston) 1969 - 2006. On Sunday, November 12, 2006, peacefully with family at her bedside, our precious angel spread her wings. Lynn Anne Ahlers, the loving wife of twelve years to John Michael Ahlers, provided the wonders of a beautiful son Ryan Johannes Ahlers and a celebration of life full of unsurpassed affection, thoughtfulness and companionship. Lynn's Mom and Dad, Antoinette and Orville Johnston, Grandmother Therese Johnston, Sister Nicole, Brother Marc, his wife Mary, Father and Mother in-law John and Anne Ahlers, Sister-in-law Cathy Ahlers and her husband Patrick Madden share wonderful thoughts of what true beauty is to the heart and soul. Lynn has touched the lives of all of her Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephew's and distant relatives. Lynn loved her Godchildren Andrew Madden and Alexander Johnston and was devoted to create special occasions and lasting memories. After graduating from College Notre Dame in Sudbury, Lynn followed her vocation to the University of Ottawa and became a teacher. She found her career in London at St. Joseph's French Immersion elementary school. The hearts and minds of her grade four students, co-workers and support staff all blossomed into friendships that she cherished throughout her life.
