Obituary of Marilyn Ann Loughlin

Loughlin Surrounded by her children, Marilyn passed away peacefully at dawn on Monday September 4, 2006. At a time of great personal stress and discomfort, she continued to give of herself and care for those around her. Marilyn faced her illness with courage, dignity and grace. Marilyn is loved and remembered by her parents Helen Loughlin (pre-deceased by Moore Loughlin, October 1982), her children Theresa Stock, Eric Uren, Kelly Uren and Jordana Uren; their partners Paul Stock, Tracie Tattrie, Peter Roy and Jesse Sutton. A loving sister of Paula Homberg, Celeste Courneyea and Janet Gregoire. She was a cherished Nana to Nathan, Hannah and Quinn and her spirit will live on in them. On Marilyn's behalf, her family wishes to express their thanks to Dr. Pamela Smith, Dr. Muhammed Laubani and the entire 8th floor staff at University Hospital. Marilyn's children wish to extend a special thank you to their Dad for his love and support. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Friday evening from 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Peter's Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue, Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. A celebration will follow Saturday afternoon at 4:30 pm. Donations to the London Regional Cancer Program at London Health Sciences Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
