Obituary of William Paul McKenna

McKenna Peacefully at Marian Villa on Wednesday February 1, 2006 Father William P. McKenna, retired Roman Catholic Priest of the Diocese of London, age 82. Son of the late William and Emma McKenna. Predeceased by his sister Catherine McKenna. Fr. McKenna served in many places in the Diocese for 56 years, including Chaplain at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Windsor, from 1962-1968, Pastor of St. Joseph's Parish, London, and associate Pastor at St. Peter's Basilica. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Then to lie in state at St. Peter's Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue, on Saturday morning from 10 o'clock until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock. Most Reverend Ronald P. Fabbro C.S.B., Bishop of London, celebrant. Interment in the Priest plot at St. Peter's Cemetery.
