Obituary of Elizabeth Margaret Marquardt

Marquardt Peacefully, her family at her side, with grace and dignity at London Health Science Centre, Victoria Hospital on Saturday, November 19, 2005, Elizabeth (Betty) Marquardt in her 78th year. Predeceased by her husband Clifford in 1994. Loving mother of Catherine Quinlan and her husband Mike of Dorchester. Predeceased by her daughter Carol Ann Goens in 2000, and survived by son in law Richard of Kingsville. Cherished grandmother of Scott and his wife Marnie Goens, Kelly Gibson (Quinlan) and her husband Jim, and Cameron Goens. Dear great grandmother of Landen Gibson. Predeceased by one brother Vincent Barnett and survived by two sisters Catherine Shepherd and Helen Berlinguette, both of Burlington. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all the staff of the A.C.E- C6 of Victoria Hospital for all their compassion and care for Betty during her stay. Cremation has taken place. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Tuesday evening from 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at Mary Immaculate Church, 1980 Trafalgar Street, on Wednesday morning at 11:30 o'clock. Inurnment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Tuesday evening at 8 o'clock. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
