Obituary of Jeannette Sweeney

Sweeney It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother on Friday, October 7, 2005 Jeannette Sweeney, beloved wife of the late Francis Xavier Sweeney. Dearly loved mother of John and his wife Karen, Mike and his wife Laudwina, Suzanne and her husband David Spicer, Francis and his wife Denise, Peter and his wife Laura, Mary Jo and her husband Trevin Troy, Jamie, Joan and her husband Ron Marsh, Philip and his partner Julie and Patrick Sweeney. Loving granny to 15 grandchildren. Jeannette is also survived by her sister Stephanie Robinson. Jeannette was born in St. John, New Brunswick on May 23, 1923 and grew up in London, Ontario. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Peter's Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue, on Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
