What comes to mind is the summer that we spent in the old farmhouse outside London (Armand remembers the name of the Town. Both families lived together, Amable, Yvonne, Bernadette, Noé and the 10 kids - 7 of you and 3 of us!! Remember when your dad showed us how to fish with a safety pin on a string tied to a wood pole and we caught trout in the creek? I still see you and Armand running after the bulls and them running after you …I admired your braveness !! We had also decided to bathe in the cattle's water trough and wouldn't let them drink until we were finished…..Then there was the time after a heavy rainfall, we used a large boiler as a boat in the shallow water that had accumulated on the neighbour's farm. 3 of us had gotten in and Irene cried and got in, only to have the boiler tip over and everyone getting wet, including Irene whom we rescued and brought into the barn to dry out before supper? I remember it well, because I was in deep trouble!! Remember climbing up the rafters in the neighbour's barn to collect bird's eggs?. You wouldn't eat them & dared me to, -which I did! The climb was very dangerous and we were lucky not to have fallen, -- but then, we never thought about that! When we were young adults in London, remember the card games at your mom and dad's on Sundays. When we were late, you would call…''.we're waiting for you'' and of course we came… Then as life would have it, - we moved and we were both busy working and raising our families in different parts of the country and lost touch. I often thought and spoke of you and your family and all our get-togethers and I have the fondest memories of our youthful escapades

Dear Stella, John, Stephen and family It was with great sadness that we heard of Pat's passing away. While we cannot understand why certain things should be, we know that God in heaven beholds what we cannot see. We feel your sadness and mourn with you and pray that you shall find healing knowing that he is now in peace. We are sorry that we cannot be there, but he is in our thoughts and in spirit we are there with you. Sincere condolences from us all.
