James (Jim) McGregor Peacefully with his family by his side at LHSC University Hospital on August 9, 2005 Jim loving husband and best friend of Donna McGregor in his 77th year. Beloved father of Wayne and his wife Nola and grandson Michael. Dear step-father of Scott Thiel (Josee) and Steve Thiel (Sarah). Caring step- grandfather of Jordan, Tyler, Thomas and Alexa. Dear brother of Allan (Gail), Vina (Jean) Raymond, Shirley (Milton) MacIntosh, Joyce Coleman and Carol (Andre) Lacasse. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his first wife Agnes, his parents George and Vina McGregor, twin brother George (Lise), brother Robert and sisters Audrey and Marilyn. Dear brother in law of Marguerite (Harry), Nelson, Velma (Merle), Mona (Herb), Edith (Chuck), Carolyn (Jim), Harvey (Lynda) and Betty. Jim was a long time employee of Emco Ltd. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock, where the funeral service will be held on Friday August 12, 2005 at 12 noon, with The Venerable Allan McGregor officiating. Cremation, with interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice would be appreciated.
