Obituary of Francis John Nelligan

University Campus on Monday, September 27, 2004, in his 83rd year. Loving husband of Frances (Fran) Nelligan. Beloved father of Jack and Susan Nelligan, Margaret (Peggy) and Don Wood and Nancy and Craig Honey. Proud and cherished grandfather of Jessica and Michael Nelligan, Christine and Tom Honey, and Kelly and Scott Wood. Dear brother of Barry and Mary, Pat and Elizabeth, Steve and Ruth, and Joseph and Noreen. Also missed by his brother in law Dr. James T. and Mrs. Marie Annis and his sister in law Mrs. Doris McDermott. Uncle Frank will be missed by all his nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the nurses and doctors at University Hospital for the excellent care they gave to Frank, in particular Dr. Andrew McLaren, nurse Candice from the 4th floor, and nurses Michelle and Patti from the I.C.U. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Michael's Church, 515 Cheapside Street on Friday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.
