It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Peter Francis Tillmann, B. Arch, O.A.A., F.R.A.I.C., on Tuesday November 12, 2002. Our dearly loved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, son, brother and friend. In his 82nd year, the Lord took our cherished Peter home. He will be forever missed by his loving wife of 49 years; Julaine. Beloved father of Bob and his wife Andrea of Oakville; Nancy and her husband Bob Russell of Riverside, Ct; Janet and her husband Graham Woodruff of Calgary; Susan and her husband Louis Bernier of Montreal; Tom and his wife Jane of London; Julaine and her husband Bob MacNicol of Oakville; Peter and his wife Alita of Toronto; Tricia and her husband Michael Mercer of Toronto. Loving grandfather of: David, Michael, Kelly, Mac, Cole, Hunter, Martha, Stephen, Alana, Ben, Chloe, Josh, Suzanne, Will, Robert, Robyn, Jamie, Tommy, Tyler, Jonathan, Peter, Scott and Kate. Also lovingly remembered by his sister in law Anne Tillmann of London; brother and sister in law Pat and Norine Brophy of Clearwater, Fla; many nieces, nephews and friends. Our sincerest thanks to the wonderful and compassionate staff at St. Joseph's Regional Mental Health Care, who ensured that Peter died with dignity and peace. The loving son of Dr. William Joseph and Mary Agnes and brother of Ged, Mary, Paula, Margie and Bill. Peter was a devoted husband and a loving father. He enjoyed his profession as an architect and was truly a gentleman. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue, on Thursday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. In Peter's honour the family would appreciate any memorial donations be made to St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation, London.
