Obituary of Antonina Cicirello

CICIRELLO, Antonina Passed away peacefully in the presence of her family at home on Monday, May 13, 2013 in her 93rd year. Loving wife of the late Gaetano (2012). Dear mother of Giovanna Mistretta (Benny), Lina Cicirello and Vita Pirrello (Al). Proud Nonna and sadly missed by her grandchildren Cathy DeGurse (Frank), Antonella Plommer (Dan), Len Mistretta, Donny Pirrello and Cara Pirrello and by her great grandchildren Justin, Natalie, Sophia, Maya, Amanda, Christina and Benedetto. Dear sister of Angelina Pirrello and sister in law of Maria Cicirello. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in Italy. Predeceased by her mother Michelangela Imperiale and her father Vito Pirrello, A special thank you to Dr. Lucy Pezzutto, Linda Damore, Sara Renouf, Amanda, Olive and Revera staff and Jenna. Antonina immigrated to Canada from Alcamo, Italy in 1966 where she continued her love of cooking for her family where she built a life for her family and created fond memories that will last a lifetime. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 o'clock. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church, 345 Lyle Street at York Street on Friday morning May 17, 2013 at 11 o'clock. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Thursday afternoon at ? o'clock.
