Obituary of Evelyn Williams

WILLIAMS In loving memory of Evelyn, devoted wife of Barrie for 48 years, who fought a "brave" fight with cancer. Succumbed Thursday, March 14, 2002 at Parkwood Hospital Palliative Care Unit. Beloved mother of her sons David and his wife Maureen, Paul and his wife Sue and daughter Susan Niciegewski and her husband Rick. Beloved grandmother of Sean, Desmond, Emily, Sarah, Katrina, Russell and Brendan. She is survived by her three sisters Mary Hepburn of Colchester, England, Andrena Sinclair of Winchester, England and Sheila Kane of Bangor, Ireland. Dear step-daughter of Violet Keating in Ireland. Evelyn was staffing co-ordinator at Parkwood Hospital for ten years and will be remembered for her winning smile and sage advice. The families grateful thanks to St. Joseph's Ward 5 nurses and E.N.T. Team. Also to Dr. David Rose and staff. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London on Sunday from 2- 4 and 7 - 9 o'clock where the funeral service will be held on Monday morning, March 18, 2002 at 11:30 o'clock with Reverend David McKane officiating. Cremation with private interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkwood Hospital Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated for their wonderful care and love they gave Evelyn.
