Obituary of Mary Louise Fischer

Crest Fischer Mary Lou, at St. Joseph's Hospital in London, after a strong and courageous battle against cancer, on Wednesday, February 13, 2002 in her 63rd year, born in Sombra Township. Loving mother of Susan (David) Clipson and treasured Grammy of Chelsea. Dear sister of Rita Favalaro, Ann Daniel, Kate Roberts, Patricia Roberts, Rick Roberts and Helen Roberts. Special sister in law of Barb Roberts (Ron Ferguson) of Sarnia and Hilda Carter of London. Former spouse of Robert Fischer. Predeceased by her parents Eleanor (Hinnegan) and William Roberts and brothers Chuck and Raymond Roberts. Mary Lou will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She defied all odds and we were truly blessed to have known such a giving, compassionate woman. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Patrick's Church, 377 Oakland Avenue at Dundas Street, on Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
