At London Health Sciences Centre University Campus on Friday December 21, 2001 Professor Theophile Joseph (T.J.) dear husband of Doris (Deschaine) Casaubon, in his 86th year. Dear father of Gerry and his wife Marilyn of London, Andre and his wife Mary of Ottawa. Dear grandfather of Marc and Sean Casaubon, and Stephanie Eys and her husband Mark, step grandfather of Shannon and Simon Kane. Dear brother of Camille (deceased) and his wife Blanche, Lucien and his wife Isabelle, Alphonse and his wife Laurette all of Sturgeon Falls, Dr. Alcide and his wife Suzanne (deceased) of Sudbury, Marcel and his wife Emilienne (deceased) of Longueil, Quebec, Valmore and his wife Antoinette of Sturgeon Falls, Most Rev. Gilles OMI, Bishop of St. Jerome, Quebec, Maurice and his wife Marcelle of Sudbury, Florence and her husband Henri (deceased) Dauphinais of Verner, Juliette and her husband Murray (deceased) Harris, Eliane and her husband Maurice Goulet of Verner, Therese and her husband Real Arbour of Beloeil, Quebec. Loving uncle to 72 nieces and nephews. Professor Casaubon taught at Forest Hill Collegiate, Toronto, was director of Trois- Pistoles Summer School U.W.O., taught in dept. of French U.W.O. and retired Prof. Emeritus 1982. While at Trois-Pistoles School he initiated the teaching of English for French speaking students and initiated the availability of a regular French credit course. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's Church, 89 Charles Street, on Thursday morning at 10 o'clock. Private interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to Trois-Pistoles Summer School, University of Western Ontario c/o Rigistrar, Stevenson Lawson Building, UWO, London, N6A 5B8.
