Obituary of Alina Teresa Macieszkiewicz

Macieszkiewicz Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital surrounded by her daughters and Fr. Stephen Savel, on Tuesday, June 12, 2001, Alina Teresa, a magnetic personality with a ready smile and caring nature was silenced by cancer. Loving wife of the late Kazimierz Macieszkiewicz. Dearly loved and devoted mother of daughters Monica (Marc) of Toronto and Ursula Kerr (Greg) of London. Cherished grandmother of Krystyna. Dear sister of Annie Radoszewska (Isidor) of Poland, and sister in law of Edward Macieszkiewicz (Leona) of Grimsby. Predeceased by her sister Irena. Survived by many nieces and nephews in Poland. Family received friends one half hour prior to the Funeral Mass celebrated at St. Justin's Roman Catholic Church, 855 Jalna Blvd, London on Saturday, June 16, 2001, at 1 o'clock. Private family Interment at St. Peter's Cemetery. A memorial service will be held in Manitouwadge, Ontario at a later date. In her memory donations to Parkwood Hospital Palliative Care Unit or Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated as expressions of sympathy. (John T.
