SISTER MARIE BREBEUF BENINGER At Ignatia Hall at Mount St. Joseph, London on Thursday, May 10, 2001 Sister Marie Brebeuf Beninger (Marie Beninger) of the Community of the Sisters of St. Joseph of the Diocese of London in her 94th year and her 69th year of religious life. Lovingly remembered by her niece, Roseanne (Tom) Simonsin of Egmondville, her nephews Marvin Benninger of Hornepayne, ON, Don Benninger (Marilyn) of Emerald Isle, ON and Ben (Mary Lynn) Benninger of Ayr. Cherished by grandnieces and grandnephews and numerous cousins. Especailly remembered by Sister Grace Scharbach of London and her Sisters in the Congregation of St. Joseph, London, Diocese. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Katherine (McPhee) Beninger and her brothers Don and Hugh. Sister Marie Brebeuf served as a music consultant for the London Separate School Board from 1947 to 1972 and directed the School of Christ Choir. During her life time she was mentor for many musicians throughout Southwestern Ontario. Resting at Mount St. Joseph Motherhouse, 1486 Richmond Street North, London on Friday afternoon May 11th after 2 o'clock and Saturday morning May 12th from 10 o'clock until 12 noon. Vigil service at Mount St. Joseph Motherhouse on Friday evening at 7:30 o'clock. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated in Immaculate Conception Chapel, Mount St. Joseph Motherhouse on Saturday at 12 noon. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London. (John T.
