Obituary of Edward James Hearn

Hearn, Edward James (Jim), in his 69th year, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 26th, 2000 at St. Joseph's Hospital in London, Ontario in the presence of his family. Beloved husband of Louise (Holden) Hearn. Loving father of Gordon and his wife Michelle, David and his wife Anita and Jennifer and her husband Rob. Dear grandpa to Brigitte, Ryan and Jordan. Dear brother of Michael Hearn and his wife Mary Elizabeth and Betty Payne and her husband George. Jim was a graduate of the Royal Canadian Military College and a member of the Knights of Columbus. Special thanks and appreciation to the emergency staff and ICU at St. Joseph's Hospital. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Michael's Church, 515 Cheapside Street, London, on Friday morning at 11 o'clock. Entombment in Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener on Friday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock. Prayers Thursday evening at 7:30 o'clock. In lieu of flowers donations in Jim's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario. Please insert for Thursday and Friday.
