Obituary of Mary Christina Wilson

WILSON, Mary - At Chelsey Park Nursing Home on Saturday, February 23rd 2013, Mary Christina Wilson in her 81st year. Mary was born in Dominion, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia to Wilfred and Elizabeth Wilson. Mary will be sadly missed by her sisters Theresa Campbell, Beatrice Brotzel (Wendell) and Geraldine Wilson. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Special friend and neighbour of Dale and Jerry Clancy. Predeceased by her brothers Lloyd and Sonny and by her sisters Evangeline, Jean , Alice and Winnie. Mary was employed with Northern Telecom until her retirement in 1988, and has resided in Strathroy for the last 13 years. She was a true Cape Bretoner and cherished her memories of "down home". There will be no funeral home visitation. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Michael's Church, 511 Cheapside Street on Friday, March 22nd, 2013 at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the The London Humane Society would be appreciated.
