Obituary of Mary Theresa Baratta-Dawkins

BARATTA -DAWKINS, MARY (GUILFOYLE) Of London passed away peacefully surrounded by family at London Health Sciences Centre, on Thursday, December 27th, 2012 Mary Theresa, in her 92nd year. Dearly beloved wife of the late Joseph Baratta (1962) and the late Gerald Dawkins (2003). Loving mother to Catherine Murphy, Bernard (Maureen) Baratta, Lawrence Baratta, Frank (Chris) Baratta, Joseph (Angel) Baratta, Thomas Baratta, Michael(Chico) (Marg) Baratta, and her step-children Paul Dawkins and Timothy (Cheryl) Dawkins. Predeceased by her son, Gerard Baratta (2004) and her stepdaughter Janice Dawkins (2002). Cherished sister to Kay (the late Victor) Capitano. Predeceased by her brothers Edward Guilfoyle, John Guilfoyle, William Guilfoyle, Michael Guilfoyle, and her sister Margaret (John) Magula. Sister in law of Irene Guilfoyle. Proud Grandmother and Great-Grandmother to more than 50. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews, cousins, friends. Mary was a devoted member of St. John the Divine Parish. Friends will be received by the family from 7-9pm on Friday, December 28, 2012 at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo St, London. Funeral Mass will be held at St. John the Divine Church, 390 Baseline Road West, on Saturday morning, December 29th at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery.
