Dear Marian and family of Stephan, What a sweet, gentle man this Steve was! I visited him every Thursday, bringing him Holy Communion. He always had such a sweet smile; he liked it when I asked Saint Stephen to bless him just before I left, he smiled! Last Thursday, Katherine, our chaplain, was waiting outside his room and I knew that Stephan was very ill. I know that he is now with Our Lord where no pain and loneliness can hurt him; he will enjoy eternal peace and joy...I will miss him for many Thursdays to come. My sincere condolences to you all.
