Obituary of Ida Marie Worthylake

Worthylake, Ida Marie (Comeau) Passed away peacefully with family at her side at Caressant Care, Bonnie Place, St. Thomas on Monday, November 5, 2012 in her 86th year. Predeceased by her loving husband Courtland L. Worthylake. Dear mother of Valerie Clark (Gerry), Maxine Eedy (Wayne), Carla Rafuse (Mike) and Alan Worthylake (Karen). Dearly loved grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Predeceased by great-grandson Ryan Murdock. Dear sister of Bertha Comeau, Hilda Saulnier, Laura Comeau, Fred (Fran), Raymond (Barb), Harold (Rosemary), Henry (Muriel), Anthony (Linda) Comeau, Eleanor Hicks (Gerry) and Jane Melanson (Laurie). Predeceased by sisters Alma Muise and Lavinia Comeau and brothers George and Thomas Comeau. Special thanks to Dr. Head and the staff at Caressant Care for their care and kindness. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Prayers Wednesday evening at 7 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 1 Fallons Lane, on Thursday morning at 10 o'clock. Cremation with interment in Holy Family Mausoleum, St. Peter's Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in Ida's name are asked to consider the Parkinson Society or the Alzheimer Society.
