Obituary of Donna Margaret Trudell

TRUDELL, Donna Margaret- Peacefully surrounded by her 7 children on October 14, 2012, Donna Margaret (Byrne) at the age of 79. Born in Langton, Ontario daughter of the late Francis Trudell and Erie Gordon. Beloved wife of the late Elmer Joseph Byrne (2005). Cherished mother of Therese Byrne, Jacqueline Byrne (Michael Horchemer), Bryan Byrne, Donna Jeanne Byrne (Roy Landry), Elizabeth (Doug Reaume), Angela Byrne and Sarah Byrne. Dearly loved Nana of Jennifer, Jason, Lisa, Noelle, Max, Mariah and Denver. Loving Great Nana of Tiana, Elijah, Jonah, Marley-Rose, Tucker, Marika, Edie, Chase and Wren.Dear sister of Marilyn Wright and the late Shirley Abram, Gordon Trudell and Gene Trudell. Sister-in-law of Betty Trudell. Remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Against expectations, our Mom proved to be mortal. Through nearly two decades of Alzheimer's we learned to cherish our memories. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the staff at the Dearness Home (3rd floor west) for their loving and compassionate care of Mom. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. Prayers 6:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica, corner of Dufferin and Richmond on Wednesday afternoon October 17, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Donna are asked to consider the Alzheimer Society or the Right to Life Association.
