Polisak After recently celebrating his 80th birthday party with all his family and friends Leonard Joseph Polisak passed away at Parkwood Hospital on Sunday, April 9, 2006. Dear father of Michael and his wife Kathy of Burlington, Marie Lang and her husband Terry, Steven and his wife Judy, Patrick and his wife Kim, Janice Robson and her husband Tom, all of London and Cathy Harkes and her husband Douglas of Wroxeter, ON. Dear grandfather of Kevin & Stephanie, Meagan, Stephanie & Jesse, Melanie, Justin, Keitha, Dorothy & Steve, Jessica & Carlos, Shannon, Jaclyn, Jason, Shawn, David, Emily, Bradley and great grandfather of Evangeline, Noah, Peyton, Kaylan, Nicholas, Zachary and A-J. Dear brother of Angela Burridge of London and Mary Polisak of St. Thomas. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Peter's Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue, on Wednesday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock. A legion service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday evening at 7 o'clock under the auspice of Branch 263 Duchess of Kent. Donations to Parkwood Hospital or a favourite charity would be apprreciated.
